If anything changes in pickup point timings, we will notify you one day before along with the TT/Bus number, schedule and exact locations. Transport is Non-AC with pushback seater. Seats are not pre-allotted — last row seats will be normal seats, so it's first come first serve basis.

Offers will not be applicable on long weekends or festival days.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip date will receive an 80% refund on total amount. You also have the option to postpone to any of our next batches — but postponement must be informed 3 to 4 days before the trip, failing which it will be treated as a cancellation and refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 3 to 5 days of the trip will receive a 70% refund on total amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip date — no refund will be applicable.

Any meals, personal expenses or entry tickets not specifically mentioned in the inclusions are not covered in the package.
This is an adventure trip and does not come with luxury — please set your expectations and mindset accordingly.

Punctuality is important. Please follow the organiser's instructions at all times.

Organisers reserve the right to modify the trip itinerary. Due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic or changes in tourist place guidelines, a particular spot may sometimes need to be skipped.
If the trip gets cancelled by the organisers, full payment will be refunded. Please note that a minimum of 10 members is required to operate the trip. In rare cases where this count is not met, the trip may be cancelled and payment will be refunded or you may join the next available batch.
The trip does not cover any kind of insurance — health, medical, life or accidental. Please carry your own medicines if required.
